Kokodo Ryu is essentially another name for Hakko Denshin Ryu, which was founded by three shihans of Hakko Ryu after the death of the founder. Their names are Yasuhiro Irie, Michael LaMonica and Antonio Garcia. So my guess would be that Dentokan and Kokodo would look almost identical in practice.
